Stefanos Paraskevoudis began working as a bartender in 1992.
He has worked at the most popular bars in Northern Greece and has competed in numerous national and international cocktail competitions.
He co-organized the first four whisky festivals in the 2000s, while also earning his degree in the Restaurant and Bar Sector from the School of Continuing Education for Tourism Professions (OTEK Macedonia), as well as the "Professional in Spirits" Certificate from the WSPC.
In 2008, he completed the IP Bartenders School of Ben Reed in London and, in the same year, founded The Bar Institute, the first school for bartenders and baristas in Northern Greece, which he has managed ever since.
In the next two years, he earned the International Higher Certificate in Wines & Spirits, Level 3 from WSPC, and the Accredited Trainer title from the International Bartenders Association.
From 2010 to 2015, he worked with Bacardi, managing the company's cocktail portfolio and conducting educational promotional programs for bartenders across Northern Greece.
Since 2015, he has been working with Sky Spirits as a specialist consultant for the Japanese whisky Nikka and has participated as a key judge in the national Nikka Perfect Serve competitions.
Since 2023, he has been a member of the organizing team for Whisky Live Greece.
